“Silk Collection” is an enterprise of folk arts and crafts. We produce accessories from natural fabrics, hand-painted with the batik technique.
Since all our products are unique, every order is special!
After you choose a scarf or shawl and place an order on the website, our manager will contact you to discuss all the purchase related details .
If the selected scarf is available, we will send it to you no later than the next business day after payment.
If the ordered product is not available and it is supposed to be produced according to your order, we will start work immediately after we receive the 100% payment. As a rule, the lead time for an order is from 1 to 3 weeks (depending on the volume, complexity of the order, workshop workload).
As soon as the order is ready, we will immediately send it to you.
The entire time – from the moment of placing a purchase order on the website and until you receive your order – the manager of the Silk Collection will be in touch with you in WhatsApp or any other convenient messenger.
Delivery terms:
In Vladimir we will deliver the order by courier service free of charge.
Local pickup (Kolchugino, Vladimir region) – free.
We send orders to other cities of Russia and internationally:
- CDEK transport company to the nearest pick-up point (350-500 rubles).
- Any other transport company per agreement with you.
- Russian Post (from 250 rubles – the tariff depends on the distance and volume of the item).
- Courier services (calculation upon request).
The shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
